Please contact us if you would like to register as an NHS patient. There may be a wait of up to 6-8 weeks for your first appointment.

When attending your first appointment, you will need to arrive in time to complete some forms before your appointment. We also request that you bring the following with you:

• Details of any current medication
• NHS number
• Payment or proof of exemption

Please note that we take all payments in advance; we accept cash and most major credit / debit cards (not American Express) - we do not take cheques. The cost of an NHS check-up is £16.50. Further details about NHS charges can be found on the NHS Choices website.
