At Halton House, we always take payment in advance for treatment when you book your appointment. Payment for NHS check-ups and Private dental examinations can be made on the day of your appointment but before entering the surgery.
Please do not be offended when we request payment in advance - this is our standard policy. This policy is in place to encourage patients to attend their appointments, thereby reducing wasted surgery time and ensuring that our regular patients that keep their appointments aren't paying extra to cover those who don't turn up. |

We accept cash and most widely used debit and credit cards (NOT American Express) please call our receptionists in advance of your appointment to check if you have any concerns about payment types. We do not accept cheques. |

We also offer a patient credit scheme for private treatments. There are options of 6 months interest free credit for £500 or more and 12 or 24 months low cost credit for £1,500 or more (both to a maximum of £5,000). Credit is subject to a simple credit check and is supplied through a renowned dental finance company, Medenta. Please ask at reception for further details. |
